Not to mention the fact that he already had the staff in his hands when you were meant to give it to him...

That was a plastic replica that he holds like a security blanket.
... He used to have a real wand and focus, but he held them as if he were holding a staff.

I like how we spent an hour killing hundreds of titans on the last mission and at the end of that he decides that sending 3 titans out should be enough to destroy the cities.

I am going to say that the fact that we ascended gave us some sort of wild card vs the titans. The cities are also in a state of disaray thanks to us So it probably won't be all that hard for a titan to demolish Rin or LA.

The dwarves have lvl 10 soldiers, the white mantle is near-erradicated, and Rin has lvl 7 elite guardsmen. I don't think the titans would have many problems.

Which bring up the question, how has the stone summit been unable to overwhelm level 10 dwarves and a level 24 king?
Either these dwarves have some super anti-lvl24 summit ward or they have super duper weapons hidden in their pockets.
That or the stone summit are too dumb to actually figure out how to defeat level 10 guys, they laugh at heir level and find themselves dead due to no actions take by them.

Obviously the Deldrimor dwarves use the yaks as weapons. With such mighty beasts, how hasn't the stone summit been defeated yet?

The stone summit also uses yaks though, and some sort of dinosaur thing. So beyond an enormous level/hp/armour difference it is even :P

Definately, killing the youth of tommorrow should be a continental pass time of Tyria. I know! We can have the KTYIFASAOYBI!

Yaks bend has yaks. The only acceptable compromise would be somewhere where the forest griffons my frolic freely. KTYIFASAOTGPWNLFGFFWTFOMGA.
Killing Tyrian Youth is Fun and Stuff Association of the Greater "Place Where Naturally Living Forest Griffons Frolic Freely with the Flowers over Misty Gardens" Area.

My opinion as far as this goes:
Just about everyone and their grandmothers either backstab you or try to backstab you at one point or another in the GW storyline... trust no one...

So far a few have kept true though:
The dwarves never tried anything, the infact died for you in Ring of Fire.
The seer does nothing bad, she in facts helps you alot.
Glint, same as above.
Elonians were cool too :P
thats about it :P

The Mursaat and the Seers are both of the same alien race divided by civil war. The war migrated to Earth and Tyria where Glint and the Mursaat (both sides) devised a plan of long term domination over the people's of Tyria. I've never noticed that the Charr worship the Titans... that's cool... something I hadn't yet taken into account.
The story is indeed weak... so is the acting and music. The dev team responsible for this are fantastic artisans but not artists. They are expert creators but not very creative.
